Kohlrabi Fries

2 T butter
4 medium kohlrabi, peeled and sliced or French-fried
1/4 tsp fresh herbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Melt butter in a medium skillet. Add Kohlrabi and herbs. Cook loosely covered over low heat for about 20 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add Parmesan cheese, mixing lightly to combine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
